Due to health reasons, Mr. & Mrs. Roberts are selling their farm and machinery. 

DIRECTIONS: Located 9 miles south of Stanford. From Hwy 27, turn left onto Rocky Hollow Road. Go 1.5 miles, turn left on Mahr Road. Go 1.5 miles to property. Auction signs are posted.

 

This property consists of 94 acres divided into 4 tracts.  Fertile soils with good yield potential. 

Tract 1 consists of 10.10 acres and is improved with a 1040 sq. ft. brick ranch w/ full basement. Also has a stock and tobacco barn and pond.

Tract 2 consists of 27.24 acres, mostly cleared.

Tract 3 consists of 39.05 acres and has a pond, 72x27 shed, 20x70 poured concrete silo, milking parlor and 3 grain bins.

Tract 4 consists of 17.85 acres, mostly cleared.

 

MULTI-PARCEL AUCTION:  The property will be offered in tracts utilizing the multi-parcel method and selling in the manner that reflects the best returns for the sellers.  This concept gives each and every prospective buyer the ability to purchase his or her individual tract or combination.

NOTE:  The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property of lead-based paint. The period for inspection begins November 15th through November 24th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post sale inspection period.
